Information we collect on the website

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, request a quote or download our certifications, we receive what you enter: name, company, email, phone, your message and any files you attach.
• Usage data. Like most sites, we use analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics and HubSpot) that record pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person.

How we use it

We use your information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil orders and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our business systems for us (hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM), and when the law requires it.

Internal business software

C&W Manufacturing builds and runs its own internal tools, including the C&W Payroll application, which connects to our QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API. That application is used only by C&W Manufacturing staff, accesses only C&W Manufacturing's own QuickBooks company, and reads or writes only what payroll needs (employee names and IDs, hours worked and timesheet entries). That data stays on company-controlled computers and accounts, is not shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks.

Security

We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections and the safeguards our AS9100D, ITAR and NIST SP 800-171 programs require. Controlled technical data that customers send us is handled under those programs, not through this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing email at any time. Most browsers let you block cookies; the site still works without them, although some forms may need them.
