C&W Manufacturing is a full-service precision machine shop: CNC turning, CNC milling (3-, 4- and 5-axis), metal fabrication and welding, mechanical design with CAD and FEA, and turnkey builds that take a part from concept to finished assembly. We are a small, experienced team, and every job is worked as a team. We review the print together, plan the approach, and see it through from first setup to final inspection, on time and without compromising on quality.
Shafts, bushings, fittings and manifolds — from one-off prototypes to production lots
C&W runs four CNC lathes for production turning, backed by manual lathes that handle large work up to 24″ in diameter and 60″ long. That range lets us take on everything from small precision pins to large shafts and rings, and deliver them on schedule.
Spacers, manifolds, fittings, shafts, bushings and pins in aluminum, stainless, alloy steel, titanium and nickel alloys. If your component needs precision turning, tight concentricity, fine finishes, threads, grooves or live-tool features, send us the print and we will quote it.
Reduce production cost by getting it right, the first time
C&W runs five CNC milling machines, including 5-axis capability for complex multi-face parts and a large-format machine with 50″ of X travel for bigger components, plus manual mills and lathes for secondary work. Combined with experienced machinists and in-machine probing, that lets us hold aerospace-level precision on small batches and higher-volume production alike, with complete control and predictable delivery.

Years of experience in stainless, aluminum and steel
C&W Manufacturing has years of experience fabricating stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel, and we also fabricate aluminum alloys, titanium alloys and high-strength steels for aerospace and defense work.
Our founder was an expert welder, and welding remains a core capability: stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), flux-cored (FCAW), TIG (GTAW) and orbital fusion welding, chosen to suit the material and the joint.

Our mechanical design team works in SolidWorks, taking a product idea, simple or intricate, through detailed part and assembly design, renderings, engineering drawings and assembly instructions, ready for manufacturing.
We also use SolidWorks simulation for FEA, dynamic modeling of complex mechanical systems, and tolerance and stack-up analysis.
