C&W Manufacturing's internal applications, including C&W Payroll, which connects to QuickBooks Online, are licensed only to C&W Manufacturing and its authorized staff for C&W Manufacturing's own business. They may not be resold, redistributed or used for any other company. They are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Payroll figures they produce must be reviewed and approved by an authorized person before they are paid. C&W Manufacturing may change or discontinue them at any time, and access to QuickBooks can be revoked by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks.
Text, images, drawings, software and logos on this site and in our applications belong to C&W Manufacturing or their owners. Customer drawings and models remain the customer's property and are used only to quote and produce the customer's parts.
To the extent the law allows, C&W Manufacturing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or its applications.
