C&W Manufacturing provides CNC turning for shafts, bushings, spacers, pins, fittings and manifolds from one-off prototypes to production lots. Four CNC lathes, including a dual-turret machine, handle production turning with threads, grooves and live-tool features, and manual lathes take large work up to 24 inches in diameter and 60 inches long. Yes. One of our four CNC lathes is a dual-turret machine, and live tooling lets us mill flats, drill cross-holes and cut keyways in the same setup as the turning, which holds those features concentric and true to the turned diameters.

Yes. UN, UNJ (AS8879) and metric threads, cut or rolled as the drawing requires, and checked with thread gages. Our UNJ thread reference lists the dimensions we work to.
Standard machining tolerances are routine, and tight concentricity, fit-class diameters and fine surface finishes are quoted against the drawing. Send the print and we will confirm what we can hold and how we will inspect it.
Yes. AS9102 first article inspection reports with CMM and gage data are standard for aerospace and defense programs, under our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
