Yes. C&W is certified under the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (DD Form 2345), which qualifies us to receive militarily critical technical data for bidding and production.

If a marked print does arrive by email, we store it correctly on receipt and move the rest of the exchange to the secure channel.
Yes. Because showing export-controlled data to a foreign person inside the United States is a deemed export, C&W employs U.S. persons only and every employee has cleared a background check.
